On March 20, 2025, the Assistant General Manager of SETC officially signed an exclusive partnership agreement with the Chairman of BOS Company in Sabah, Malaysia. The signing ceremony was witnessed by the Chairman of SETC.
Under the agreement, the two parties will form a joint consortium to carry out in-depth cooperation in key areas of drilling, completion, geological exploration, and reservoir development. The partnership also aims to jointly advance the qualification registration and implementation of potential projects with PETRONAS.
This partnership marks a significant step forward in the strategic development of both companies within the oil and gas sector and lays a solid foundation for the expansion of Intercontinental Strait Energy Technology’s presence in the Malaysian market.
