The dry powder friction reducer on-site blending and rapid hydration technology is advancing towards maturity. By utilizing the DOTF system, which integrates both blending and delivery functions, SETC achieves higher active ingredient concentration and blending efficiency compared to traditional emulsion or suspension-based friction reducers. This technology reduces the overall cost of the fracturing fluid system and minimizes the impact of ineffective components on the reservoir.
